The best way to describe this class is 'active napping' with a lil stretching on the side. Spend time opening up tight muscles, lengthening the breath to relax and release stress, and encourage recovery of the body as a whole. This class uses gentle yoga flows that melt away tension in a more 'yin' like environment, myofascial release with foam rollers and massage balls, and meditation practices for a calm and focused mind.

JAZZY / YOGI
Take a girl from the land of the midnight sun, varsity basketball team and the outdoors. Then put her on a yoga mat. Jazz ain’t your regular yogi. She’s raw, humorous and somehow manages to lightly weave conversation into what she sees real in this world. So often her approachable self leads people to realizing their potential, in their body and mind, can be much greater than any perceived idea. Jazz is an outdoor girl who loves camping, hiking, and outdoor pursuits - don’t be surprised if that’s woven into the fabric of her classes.
Where you’ll find her: Movement Yoga. She will be leading our movement Yoga classes along with exciting Strength and Stretch collaborations.
